Question 1

What types of vehicles can you source?

Accepted Answer

We can source most makes and models through dealer-only auctions: sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, and more. If you have something specific in mind, submit a request and we'll let you know what's realistic for your budget.

Question 2

Is there a minimum budget?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our minimum budget is $4,000. Below this it becomes very difficult to source a vehicle in good condition while covering auction, transport, and service costs. We're always upfront about this.

Question 3

How long does the process take?

Accepted Answer

After you submit a request, our team reaches out quickly to schedule a call. We operate on a 60-day sourcing window — we actively search our auctions before considering a deposit refund. If we can't match your request in that window, your deposit comes back to you in full.

Question 4

I don't have a specific car in mind. Can you still help?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many clients just give us a budget and a rough idea of what they need — a family car, work truck, something reliable. We'll come back with recommendations based on what's available at auction.

Question 5

What does it cost to use Auction Direct Xchange?

Accepted Answer

Submitting a request is completely free. Once we've spoken and you're happy to proceed, we require a $850 deposit to begin the sourcing process. This covers our time searching the auctions on your behalf, and we're always transparent about costs before anything moves forward.

Question 6

Do you deliver anywhere in the US?

Accepted Answer

We currently serve the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Unfortunately we are not able to facilitate vehicle transport to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
